From my experience as a coach, it is a very common source of unhappiness. There are a number of reasons why you might feel unhappy at work, for example, if you have a difficult boss, or unpleasant coworkers. Being healthy in mind, body, and spirit Introduction Being healthy is more than just not being sick. It's about feeling good physically, mentally, and emotionally. When you're healthy in mind, body, and spirit, you have the energy and motivation to live your life to the fullest. There are many things you can do to improve your overall health and well-being. Here are some tips: Eat a healthy diet. Eating nutritious foods gives your body the fuel it needs to function properly. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
